I'm new to LSPDFR and i have downloaded callouts and some of Albo's mods but i cannot for the life of me download car packs i have open iv i know how to use i have watched tutorials and still cant get them here is the link of the pack i am trying to download please help

follow the readme files. First make a mods folder, then copy the folders called "update" and "x64e" into your mods folder, then follow the readme. For example, if it says to put a vehicle in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday5/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, go into your mods folder, then click update, then x64, then dlcpacks, then patchday5, then dlc.rpf, then x64, then levles, then gtav, then vehicles.rpf, and put the files in there. MAKE BACKUPS IN CASE YOU SCREW UP.

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?
