So I have netman's SAHP squads installed but when I call for back up, the highway patrol units show up on bikes and unmarked cruisers. How do I change which vehicle those units spawn in so they'll show up in the highway patrol squad cars?

Replace Police4 with a Highway Patrol cruiser. Add-on cars (ones that don't replace original cars) cannot be called for backup.

replace it where though? which file? that's what I'm not sure about.

replace police4. The files are called police4. Put them in x64e.
