I´ve been permanently banned from GTAO... Now.. I cant download any DLCS and the Ragehook is too new for it. I cant download the old version... What now?

Being banned from GTA Online does not ban you from updating your game as far as I know.

Doesn´t work. I reinstalled the game. It just updated to version 678.... Rockstar blocked updating me new DLC´s. Sorry 4 my english im german :)
