I have gone through ALL my plugins and found out for some reason Arrest Manager(7.2.0.1) was causing a zlib error. I ran everything but it and it ran fine, reinstalled it. boom. Zlib error.  I made sure albo DLL was 5.7.0.0(latest one) I now all of a sudden get an error when I deleted all the plugin files as well. It all worked fine last night. Haven't touched before it started crashing.

My apologizes for wasting a little of your time, Albo. It somehow was my mods folder, very odd that it must have been a vehicle issue that only affected arrest manager.
