I realize, that some of the mods are either not working or the lighting key does not work.

I want to be able to see some of the lights on top of my cruiser but none displays on the custom cruisers even when I just regularly turn the sirens on, I press the command "/" without the quotes, however nothing is happening, Am I having issues? Or am I missing something: The default in-game seem to be working but even with the default, the command for Lighting is still not working.
