The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have installed the 'Code 3 callouts' and 'Assorted callouts' and it takes a long calls. there is a mod to display quick calls? or something, I can do?

You mean it takes a long time for a call to actually happen? If that's what you mean, go into your LSPDFR folder, click on the LSPDFR configurator, and adjust the callout multiplier.
