The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

i have just tried to install MoreControlV,i have put the ini and dll files into my plugins folder but when I press F4 to load the plugin the plugin does not appear on the list? the only plugin that appears is LSPD First Response which is currently in use?

any Advice?

Just don't insult or demeaned big or small efforts because i know that you can't do it so calm down and just watch their awesome work
