Hi,I have a problem with ELS 8.51.Cars are rarely moving.When I turn siren sound with 1,2,3 the chance that cars will move is about 30%,and when i turn siren on with G and change tones with T chance is 70%.I don't understand why ALL cars (except police,of course) are not moving.I have a traffic flow mod because of taxi bug.

The traffic mod makes the traffic more diversified (more different cars spawning), nothing to do with the actual flow of it! :)

If this is a traffic mod problem, please uninstall traffic flow first.

Then download this traffic mod:"real traffic". Download the zip file, copy to your GTAIV root folder, very easy.

Everyone who play GTAIV knows, traffic flow mod is so unstable, not working good for everyone, create lots of bugs, and issues. 

This traffic mod also will spawn lot of cars, will fix taxi bug, fix spawn same cars all the time, also, this mod won't cause any issues, like texture losing.Better than traffic flow.

I hope this could help you with this problem.

No, it doesn't help.Now the game is crashing.I have Intel i5 quad core 3.3 ghz,8 gb ddr4 gtx 950 oc .This should work without problems on my confirguration.

If nobody knows solution,can somebody please recommend me some good non-ELS vehicle pack (or car by car).

Uninstall the traffic mod that caused crash, then try to use siren without any traffic mod, test if cars still have moving issues. 

If don't have issue, install traffic flow mod back, then you have to work on your traffic flow mod, try to spawn some small cars, easy to spawn, also try to lower your traffic distance, detail distance, shaders quality. Decrease the car mods that will spawn in the traffic. 

The goal is try to decrease game pressure when you running traffic flow and els together, because els expend game memory. 

Tell me what happened after you try this way.

No,nothing helped,it is definitly problem with els.Can you give me link for ELS 8.5 not 8.51.If version 8.5 don't work I'll try version 8
