Hey,

For your lcpdfr won't start, here is the solution:

Please download this first: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429

If you get an error that means you already have it, skip to next step. 

Then you must download DirectX in order to make lcpdfr running:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

After you download DX then run the game press "alt+p" lcpdfr should run, for the log check, you can ignored that, it won't cause anything yet. 

That's all I can help, hope it will works for you.

For game crash I having same issue right now, my game is after 30 or 40 minutes, game freeze first, then back to desktop said GTAIV has stop working, but I will keep looking for solutions.
