Realistic nights

Dear all

sorry if this been discussed before but is it possible to make a script for more realistic population

for example during the day keep the default population cars etc., but around midnight should see more parked cars less people walking around etc.

I remember during lcpdfr days I had such script it really adds a realistic feeling patrolling at night.
