Can anybody tell me where to find on internet non els lightbars to download.

PLEASE HELP

Technically every lightbar can be non-ELS if you set it up right, but if you're looking for one that's already setup, there's not many. At-least not on LCPDFR. The Vector, MX7000 and Hazard 90 are probably your best choices.

I don't mean to sound rude, but why can't you look? Is there something blocking you from using Google and the search functions? Regardless, try GTAPoliceMods, there's a lot of lightbars on there. No idea how many are non-ELS though.

Can somebody make a custom lightbar like this.I made this lightbar from firetruck sirens but i don't now how to fix holes between sirens (screenshot2, I'm not good with zmodeler( i tried to move it in zmodeler but the hole is still there).
