Car Liveries not working?

First things first I am 100% sure that there are liveries set for the cars. When I'm in game and I try to change the livery on the car using the simple native trainer, it always says -1 on the livery (which means that there isn't a livery) but I know for a fact that there are liveries. I have tried reinstalling the trainer multiple time but that didn't fix it. I've tried re doing the liveries but that also didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
