My dear community members! 

I am new to the whole LSPD:FR modding but i am used to modding GTA.
I've installed the LSPD:FR mod (newest version) and everything worked fine. 
The game booted through the RageHook and launched almost instantly. After an hour or so I closed the game, ate some food and then tried to relaunch it. 
The startup menu comes up, and the game keeps loading but never launches. 

It tried changing most of the settings, I checked that I had the latest versions of every files, everyting checked out but the game didn't launch.
I then decided to uninstall GTA V completly and reinstall it. I re-installed the LSPD:FR mod, the latest RageHook, and surely, the game relaunched with everything working properly.
I then reclosed the game to start some vehicle modding. I've added the Ford LAPD truck to the game, and the game worked perfectly again, with the Ford Truck working just fine. 

Same song, I closed the game again, went on minding my business and when restarting the game, it didnt launch again. It keeps showing the loading screen (doenst freeze up, text keeps floating) but the game doenst launch. Thinking there was a problem with the vehicle mod, i've deleted the mods folder but no results! 

I really dont now what to do and I hate myself for not getting it to work!

I tried just about everything IME.

My system is a gaming build featuring:

Windows 10 x64
Intel 4.0 Ghz 6700K Skylake
MSI 980Ti 6Gb GPU
MSI Gaming M5 MB
Corsair GTX H110i watercooling
32 GB RAM (2400) 

I've deleted all other mods and plugins because I first want to get the LSPDFR on point.

Did you install vehicles on your original files ?

I need help with this too. Officer19 I just installed vehicals.

I think you will need a mods folder :D

I have a mods folder. Ive tried so much to fix it. It still wont work.

So could you check that you have copied the newest update.rpf and update folder :D

Please if you have Retail version try the following to get your files back without modded vehicles :D 
So firstly go to your game's shortcut and go to properties of GTA V and add this in the target box (-verify) like this one ""F:\Games\Grand Theft Auto V\PlayGTAV.exe -verify"'

This will help you to get your original files not the modded one then check that you have copied in the mods folder the last version of the both (update.rpf and update folder) 

I actually got it to work by deleting a mods folder so i just made a new folder and named it mods.

Yeah i think so, and that's cuz you was having an old update folders in the mods folder :D

So you can create new one and add the new update folder and update.rpf to mods folder :D

BUT CHECK THAT YOU HAVE THE LAST VERSION OF THE GAME , BECAUSE THE BOTH (I MEAN THE FILES WHICH THEY ARE IN THE MODS FOLDER) AND THE GAME VERSION MUST BE THE SAME VERSIONS :D

The problem I have is that the game WITH the LSPD FR mod (thats the only mod I have, no vehicles, no other scripts, no other plugins, only LSPDFR) worked once..

After closing it and starting it back up it stays stuck on the loading screen and the game doesnt launch. Ive uninstalled GTA and installed it back, reinstalled the LSPDFR mod and it worked again, after a couple of startups, the same thing happened. The loading screen doesnt freeze up, because the text keeps floating, but the game never launches. 

When i use F4 on the loading screen I can acces the menu and type ReloadAllPlugins and such but nothing happens and game doenst start.

 

Unblock your files properly !

Check that you have last version of the game and of the files which they are into the mods folder :D

Ill double check that i've unblocked the files properly and the version of my files. But its strange that THE GAME WORKED like it should several times, and after simply closing it and restarting it, it stopped working.

As I tought, it doenst change a thing. All files are up to date :/

I found this in the "Rockstar Games" folder in "My Documents".
