I am pressing on Y when there is a dispatch call but nothing happens? Also how can I keep my lights on with the sirens off? 

You have 2 ways to do this 

1)First off you can open Engine menu from "M Button" and edit it as you want 
2)The second way you can "Press J" when you are turning on the lights :D

Hey there, Could you take a screenshot when you are opening the interaction menu of Police officer's car engine :D

If you can't, please try this if you can :D : 

1)Re-install LSPDFR mod and check that you have unblocked all your files :D 

2)Then check your engine 

Please when you finish tell me what happened :D I hope to get it fixed :D

Hey what's do you mean by unblocked all my files?

You have to unblock all your files to be able to play LSPDFR on Grand Theft Auto V

You can google it then copy them.. :D
