Interior Lightbar Dev resources

I'm trying to learn how to make models for GTA V. I'm starting off trying to create a slicktop 2013 Charger, with an actual lightbar up front (think Whelen Inner-Edge, FedSig Solaris, etc), as I requested someone make a while ago. No one ever took it up, so I figure I might as well try to work this stuff out so I can make vehicles to my liking.

I've been searching all over trying to find any interior lightbars that have already been converted to GTA V, and I've found... nothing. At all. I was actually very surprised to find that there are barely even any full-size exterior lightbars available either.

I've even asked a few creators if I could use the resources they have used in their models, and no one is willing to provide anything...

So, my request is this:

Can anyone please point me to any lightbar models that are ready to go for GTA V, OR, can anyone help out the community and create even just one or two sets of interior lights that people can use?
