LCPDFR Text going of screen and vDH.PoliceHelper won't detect mouse input

The text for the callouts in the top right goes off the whole screen!!! I don't know why!

I tried changing my scaling from a custom 170% down to 150%, but no avail!

Also, when I hit X to launch the police helper, it doesn't accept mouse input but the sounds of the game keep playing. Any help?

My resolution is 3840x2160, tried disabling pause in the .ini of police helper, tried forcing resolution.

am running as administator

 

 

SOLVED: HAVE YOUR MOUSE SENSITIVITY ON AT LEAST ONE BAR, THEN ADJUST YOUR MOUSE'S DOI ACCORDINGLY TO GET BACK YOUR AIMING SKILLS.
