You can get a 30 day free trial on any of the websites (paint shop, Photoshop, etc). That should give you long enough to work out how to get a legit copy. Adobe have an $11/mth subscription option which is quite reasonable. 

If you do videos too you can subscribe to all the Adobe products for like $20 a month if you're a student.

Thats cheap and i can get it on my school computer free but just need to work out a way to get the templates on the PC and off it but yeah idk paint i can't do the Checkers good doesn't look good Gimp is too difficult to work out AHHHHHHGH

School stuff is good, I have ps on my MacBook because of it, gimp is a dodgier version of ps but it probably does the job. And if you need to transfer stuff between multiples computers get dropbox

paint.net or gimp (If you worked out photoshop i'm sure you will work out gimp)

Is that the one already on your PC as it looks different ill try it out i can see it has layers so hopefully it helps me with the Checkers

Nah, the one with your computer by default is just ordinary paint. I call the program, one step better than paint, one step less complicated than Photoshop

Paint.net is literally my life right now, I do all my textures ect with it it's a gun as program.

And i just found out its been the program ive been looking for this hole time for like 3 months now i couldn't find it which stopped me skinning THANKS!!!

 

Might Skin some American cars i know Traitor but Australias getting boring because people keep coming out with skins ive just started so i scrap that project moving on too SAPOL and VICPOL Skins as well as TASPOL just need some help with TASPOL, SAPOL Skins

Damnn i moved on from NSWPF Skins because *SOMEONE* done them all guess ill just do some ACTP/AFP, NTPOL, WAPOL Skins and continue my VICPOl and Rush Skin but i don't know whether to release my Rush Skin don't feel comfortable with it 

redoing my highway patrol vf to bring it upto date code 3 bar is pretty *waves hand* ignore floating antenna, its only like that in rockstar editor
