Whenever I am using a different (regular, not combat, ap, etc.) pistol skin, The bullet actually lands to the top left of where the crosshair on the actual pistol is (Not where the crosshair created by the game is). I do not know what to do. The skin that I got for the AK works fine but this doesn't for some reason. I have a feeling it has something to do with my monitor

I must say that is a very bizarre issue. Have you done any weapon mods or weapon reticle mods?

Figured it out, it was because I was renaming glocks meant for the combat pistol to pistol and I guess that has some impact on where the bullet lands, I found a glock meant for the pistol that actually looks good and it works :P
