The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    All of Darkmyre's mods need to be updated/deleted to fix it.

In my experience yes. I deleted all the darkmyre plugins and reinstall the latest versions. I beleive this to be mainly because Dark just changed to an API based coding, and checking for updates is now done though his update manager.. 

Logically makes sense to me as to why this error was occurring. During testing, after I removed all plugins, and slowly added them in. Everything else worked fine. Once I reinstalled an older version of any of Dark's plugins, LSPDFR crashed
