The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yesteraday I downloaded LSPDFR and it worked fine I went to bed later that evening and started watching videos about LSPDFR and I saw someone that had multiple LSPDFR mods downloaded to make his game more realistic, so that is what I did today. I download like 10 mods at once and then open Rage Hook Plugin, then go to plugins and only LSPDFR is shown up. I entered game and made sure that it wasnt just it didnt show and it wasnt there either. I downloaded all of them to the steam apps common GTA 5. I also extracted them directly into Steam APPs common GTA 5. I have tried extracting to a folder than copy and paste and it still did not work.
