The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello guys,

I will go straight to the point, updating the plugins is so frustrating, especially if there was a major update to GTA V, LSPDFR or RAGE plugin, where you have to updates most of the LSPDFR mods. 

Isn't there a tool that tracks my mods versions and updates them when necessarily?... just saying

many mods such as albo's have built in update checkers, as does ragehook and scripthook. other then that you just have to keep up on it. welcome to modding :)
