[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

How can i get those files for the vanilla car i deleted all of the police. files for the vehicle and now my screen is just white when i start up the game anyone got a link to the vanilla one so i can redownload it to make it not glitch out anymore?

You'll have to either verify, or reinstall your game.
