The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Please can someone help. I have just spent 3-4hrs re-uploading GTA only to have the same issue. Beleiving there may have been something corrupt in my files however; the same issue occurs and i get the following:
