The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Okay so everything works fine, I open up GTA V with the new RPH and loads up just fine. My problem is the LCPDFR First Response isn't there. I have tried manual install, automatic install and nothing seems to work. Any help?

When you click on RAGE click the little settings icon, go over to plugins and click load all plugins
