The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I recently downloaded my game from steam.

I tested the game it works fine.

Installed RDE using the package installer on openIV. It was correctly installed I also installed a fresh dispatch.meta. 

I'm running the latest RHP and have scripthook v, asi loaders. 

What is going wrong is RDE not compatible with the latest update?

The crash is while loading story mode.

RDE crash when trying to generate crash report also.

I think I have latest version of rde, RHP, and game update

    I'd suggest you use the RagePluginHook forums for support in this matter, as it isn't a problem with LSPDFR, and you are more likely to get someone who knows how to fix the issue you are having.
