I found a vehicle mod (Toyota Land Cruiser PRADO 150) and i just need to add blue police lights and blue line (just like in the pictures bellow).

You dont need to add text and logo or other details, just that color line and blue light bar. I will be happy if you can attach light bar if its complicated to put that blue line.

Im not sure, thats the only toyota i found.

If its not unlocked then their isn't anyway for someone to make a lightbar as they wouldn't have access to the model.
