Ok I updated to the new version of RPH now when I launch it I get an error, I tried running it as admin, and gta as admin and still nothing. It boots up normal gta V after this error. (I am not cancelling it obviously.)

[SOLVED] After further messing around with everything I fixed it. 

Ive seen some tweets wondering how to fix this, launch the GTAlauncher not as admin and RPH not as admin. Thats it IDK why it didnt work before. well 2hrs later and success!

Worked for me.

 

I set GTA, GTAlauncher, and Rage to "admin"  tried to launch, then UNSET them from ADMIN.  (If you forget to unset GTA, you get the heart stopping error "GTA.exe not found. lol)

Hey Guys! 

Had the same problem but I solved it but now when ever I try to launch both of the files (PlayGTAV and RPH) it just crashes on me, installed everything correct and the game works fine if I start without RPH... You guys have a solve for this or nah? :)
