the model you linked for gumps slicktop is a locked model. you would have to contact him and ask if its kosher to modify his file first. asides from that adding those parts would be easy.

I would guess the model is locked for a reason but you can go ahead and ask anyways.

I actually dont have any of my modding tools or GTA installed atm (waiting on new pc to arrive). anyone with an understanding of zmodeler could add these parts for you in a few minutes though. :)

Alright, thanks much! I tried before and I guess I needed to have a zmodeler account or something and I didnt want to go through all of that. @TheDude

That is actually a SoundOff Signal Apex LED light bar, but I don't know if it has been made in the GTA modding community. The push bar is a Setina PB-450 L with a SoundOff Signal 100H speaker mounted below the center bar, the spotlight is a SoundOff Signal Par46 Unity, and the lights on the trunk appear to be custom surface-mounted modules each containing 2 Whelen ION DUOs:

Additionally, I began making this some time ago:

Oh my god you are the best, lol I've had somebody make me Tahoe skins and everything else. They were decently good but I would like to have more. Additionally I actually don't have the Ford Explorer skin for Chandler. If you ever have the time would you be willing to make it? And thanks for the light at stats I honestly didn't know what they use so I tried to find the closest one XD @iansonwheels

Sure thing dude. Sorry for the late response. If this does become a full project I would first like to know which Explorer base model is being used so that I know which template I should use.
