I have a question on how to buy properties in GTA V, with Ragehook. I have two copies of GTA V (PC & Xbox One) I have beaten the game on xbox one and got it again to play with LSPDFR and mods since you cant do that with the xbox one version, I havent done anything with the PC version besides download mods, I use to be at whenever I started the game I would get that phone call to go to the dealer but since I finally saved the game after answering the call I dont get it (I am at the very beginning of the game), so I am wondering if I can even buy houses since I would like to buy some and just keep stuff in it since I got Rage Trainer so I can just give myself 5m whenever I want... Is there a point in the game and into I get to that point I cant do anything?

(As far as I know) You can't purchase houses in SP, there are two ways to upgrade the properties of your three main characters: 

1) (Obv) Play the story until you reach the points where you are given the new houses

2) Download a "100% Game Save" like this one for example 

There are some mods that let you go into MP houses...

But, if you want to buy apartments/houses I would try this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-apartment-spg-net

I haven't tried it, but it looks like what your looking for

I suggest OPENALLINTERTIORS for scripthook and the above mob if you can get it to work i had 1 version that worked but then it didn't so i just used the ones in open interiors but to actually access them and store stuff in them in SP you need the mod to do that like the above mod or garage mod to store more cars then the given character garage at the house or 5 car garage that you buy later in game, if you beaten it and just use it for mods i suggest get the save game. The only reason i would see not to is if you have stable car mods, graphic enhancments etc that would actually change the look fo the game
