How do I uninstall mods like callouts scripts trainers etc without messing the GTA 5 directory up??

Simple as pie!

To uninstall most callout plugins, just simply delete the callout dll & ini files added to plugins/lspdfr.

For native trainers, just delete the dll in plugins (For rage trainer) or the asi/inis in the GTA Directory (For Native)

(Obv) Delete the files, but there are certain files (such as Albo1125.Common) that are required for several mods so make sure what your deleting is't going to disable other mods.
