If someone wants to cooperate to create a  boston police pack please message me. I'm doing the liveries, but I need a Impala with blue lights only, and I don't know how to use zmodeler. 

Also if you know how to put the lightbar below it's a plus.

 

Already done 1 livery for cvpi (it has blue lights)

If you can find the badge as the one present on the vehicles (with the blue color on the buildings on the right and left side) it would be great since I can't find it.

I'm talking about the badge placed on the vehicles like this one:

I shall try, I believe I tried a few weeks ago to find that particular badge to no avail.

 

This is the closest I could find, The color is a little bit off, but it looks like it could work.
