The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

do I edit the handling? and how ?

You can't edit it from OpenIV so you have to extract it (to the desktop for example)

and then right click and open it with notepad or notepad ++.

Once your done editing save it, then drag your new version into OpenIV

(Make sure OpenIV is in edit mode)
