The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I play GTA in the LSPDFR and when I suspect kills or when I go to the station and go OFF DUTY game just freezes up and standing black screen icons for loading is not driven, and then I have to get out and re-enter the game.

Reset formatting

All I can see in there is potentially something to do with the internal scripting for Audio.
Are you using any other mods? If so, list them.
