The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I updated the backup.xml to try and spawn other units on backup, i.e. having the local SWAT respond in FBI2 instead of police transport, removing the police bike from the state response, etc. however when I launch the game the units respond how they did anyway.

I've tried editing the backup.xml in notepad and word to make sure it's the way it saves that isn't the issue.

I'm running the most recent LSPDFR and RageHook.

I've searched the forum and googling the problem, however don't seem to find an answer.

The only mod's I'm using is LSPDFR.

I've been trying to fix this since last weekend but can't figure it out.

Does anyone have any idea what I maybe doing wrong?  Common mistakes, etc.
