Adding interior LEDs, half don't work.

So I tried adding interior LEDs but it caused my main lightbar (half of it) to not work and only half of the interior LEDs work as seen on the video below: 

Also a part of the plate is clipped off?  :mellow:

(Ignore the audio, I was watching a Uncharted 4 lets play..)
