Suggestion for replay value (stopping peds + takedowns)

Featured Replies

This is just a suggestion/request for modders, thanks for making this game great.
I see that some lcpdfr tools could be improved, look at for example the stopping peds command. There is a 100% chance the ped will comply and give you ID and be cooperative. I think if we could lower the percentage especially in the dangerous neighbourhoods it would be alot more exciting patrolling the streets on foot.

Another thing is the takedown, when you have the gun pointed towards the suspect he/she will always comply when the bar is full, but in the real world that doesn't happen (see the drugged up suspects). A chance to make the ped be unresponsive or just be violent will be optimal for immersion. In real life we see people not cooperating, even when a gun is pointed at them, so something like this would greatly increase gameplay replayibility in my opinion.

Cheers and thanks for the great mods.

I'd post this in the suggestions forum as the only way this can be done is if the LSPDFR developers implement it.

I do agree with you though - however, I think it'll probably be added in due course as it was also a feature in LCPDFR if memory serves me right.
