Someone should try and create a mod just specific for traffic related incidents. CHP in real life mainly focuses on traffic enforcement and responding to traffic related incidents. I think the callouts should consist of; traffic hazards in the roadway or freeways that officers can clear, animal hazards or animals in the road, hit and run where you just take a report for the reporting person or hit and run with injuries, no injuries, and finally traffic collisions no injuries, minor, or major injuries, or even fatalities. With traffic hazards officers should move it out of the roadway. With hit and run with no injuries you just take a report and hear what the reporting person has to say and get the vehicle information but do nothing further. For traffic collisions with no injuries we just have to get everyones statements and if needed push the vehicle out of the roadway to get traffic flowing smoothly. I would create this if I knew how to make callout mods. This is just a suggestion.

Albo's guide is EXTREMELY helpful. I learned A LOT through it. I recommend it if you are wanting to learn.

I believe most of these that you have mentioned are already available through callouts made by developers.
