I have some technical issues with my GTA V. I think this started yesterday. I am starting to get lag spikes. I don't know how. All I did was redownload the game and the mods. I will upload a video of the stutter/lag spikes. Whenever I get into the game and also get into the mod as well as play it. Anything will help!

Mods: EUP Clothing, FootPursuitAid, Keep Calm, LSPDFR, Spotlight, Traffic Control, Vehicle Search, Pedestrian Search, Visual V, Traffic Policer, Secondary Callouts, Saferchases, Police Radio, Crazy Callouts, Arrest Manager, Agency Callouts, Skin Customizer and Radiance mod.

I also have vehicles mods and sound mods.

16GB RAM DDR3 2133

Zotac Geforce GTX 960 4GB

2TB HDD 7200RPM

Windows 10

I know the spotlight mod was causing some lag for me and a few other users, remove that see if it helps and it could possibly be your visuals you have added remove them and see if it still occurs
