About 2 weeks ago I got LSPDFR, I followed all the tutorials and it worked out great. Now recently it has stopped working for no reason at all. I even deleted the game and re-downloaded it.

Here is the current issue I am having. GTA V Loads up but rage hook crashes, or if I run as admin it will load up just fine but then F4 does nothing and LSPDFR does not load up also.

I do meet system requirements, and I have tried every solution I can try, at this point I don't know what to do.

I am using the Steam version of the game. I am not using any other mods at all.
