Windows 7 64-bit 8gb

I had LCPDFR previously installed and working fine then i got rid of it to play firefighter mod and now i want it back but this happens.

 

Let me start by saying I have looked over other topics of this and tried everything they suggested and nothing worked, here is what I tried:

Had suggested C++ installed

Had Suggested .NET framework installed

Making sure file is not in my main directory and is my scripts folder

Reinstalled LCPDFR (first time .exe with ads 2nd time manually)

Gave launchgtaiv.exe administrator permissions

Gave launchgtaiv.exe compatibility mode for windows 7

Disabled my security programs

Removing AdvancedHookInit.asi
