I'm sure this request has been made 100's of times, but; don't you think it's time that a Marked Police Dilettante was created and released?

It would be in so many LSPDFR patrol videos for the first release, and it'd have so many downloads upon it's release.

It's time someone thinks about turning the already in-game Dilettante into a vehicle with flashing lights and a siren. Come on people!

    Well wish granted. I decided to give it a shot. I'm gonna be honest and say I didn't throw much effort at it because I didn't every plan on making this lol but I hope its to your liking.
