Does anybody know if a maingear shift a good desktop for gta v and lspdfr

long answer. yes it will do the job nicely, basically the same as origin/alienware etc pc's made for gaming

I will suggest you build your own PC rather than buying a pre-built one. You'll probably end up with better components at a cheaper cost
