The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So everything on my game was working fine.. Until i install BxBug's CVPI i did everything i should have like install it through package manager (since it was a .oiv file) and selected it stall it to my game files and now every time i ForceDuty it crashes my game.

Uninstall it then. I'm sure that, following the numerous guides around here and on the internet, you made a mods folder to protect your original game files from harm, so it should be easy.
