The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

CalloutsV crashing LSPDFR?

Ever since I installed, CalloutsV has been crashing (randomly, it would appear). I don't think I'm doing anything to cause it to crash. My guess is that something is conflicting and LSPDFR crashes when it attempts to "push" a callout from CalloutsV.

RagePluginHook.log

The plugin has not been updated in some time, time within multiple launches of RAGE releases i believe this is what could be causing crashes. Post something on the plugin page to let the dev know
