The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I call for backup using the LSPDFR Backup menu the vehicles get stuck and do not drive to the location, they remain still, this only happens with cars though, helicopters and motorcycles have no issue.
