Ive been having troubles trying to get the extras on my vehicles to spawn with them on constantly, it seems like my flag line doesn't even work :( i just want my vehicles to spawn with there extras on, i like when the AI police i have cruising around the city and my backup to have rambars and lightbars on all the time can anyone help me figure this out?? 

this is my current flag line for my police4 FPIU .. <flags>FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_IS_OFFROAD_VEHICLE FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_HAS_INTERIOR_EXTRAS FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN</flags>

and this is the address path.. C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

NVM i figured it out lol i had EXTRAS_REQUIRE and EXTRAS_ALL and i guess they conflict, took out the require flag and it works just the way i wanted it to:))))
