Good day all,

I have been trying for a few hours on intaling my first mod into GTA V(Steam edition Copy of My "Online game"). Since my constant trying to do so i have encountered an error saying " Launcher error. Code : 115 The Game was not launched via Steam Client". and if i go to the direct file it says i need to press the "PlayGtA.exe" which is a file i do not    As of this Post there is no RAGE hook plugin. I have Tried to reinstall the Mods and they have failed to work i have also tried a "Mods Folder".

Are you just launching the game from the drive you installed it on and not the steam library

Yes I have done that a few times, i have also done it through steam and the Results where the same
