Really? Your a. Trying to run GTA V on a GPU that can barely power 3 monitors on a desktop. b. Running it with tons of scripts too!

Save your pennies and get something good. GTX 9-- is pretty much the way to go.

Well, from a quick look from a very tired me, it's probably that your GPU is so slow that it forcefully despawns a ped that one of the plugins needs.
