I have looked through the tutorial section and have not found exactly what I am looking for.  What I am looking for is a tutorial using zmodeler3 and GTA 5 to create custom police cars.  I have found some tutorials, however it appears as though I would already need a working knowledge of these programs to create a police car.  The tutorial creators tend to go fast and not explain exactly why they are doing what they are doing.  Or the tutorial is for GTA IV and not GTA 5. 

 

I am looking for complete and in depth tutorial explaining exactly how to take a regular car such as a mustang, camaro, mercedes, BMW, etc. and turn it into a police car.  I want to take an off the street car and turn it into something to the level of this using Whelen and ELS mods:

 

BXbugs123 vehicle is used ONLY as a reference to the level of detail and skills I am looking to obtain.

 

I am well on my way to building a positive name on LSPDFR and would like to continue to contribute by creating police cars the community can be proud of.  I am willing to put in the time and work to improve my abilities and community.

I will also continue to search for tutorials.  I have found tutorials for GTA IV, but I have heard the process was different with GTA V so I was not sure if I could use that as a reference.
