[Solved] No suspect dialogue during interaction

Hello,

I've recently installed LSPDFR 0.3.1 and the game launches & runs correctly, with almost no issues apart from a small issue where pulling over a car takes quite a lot of spam shifting (not too bothered), and more importantly when interacting with civilians there is no dialogue box (none displayed on-screen or in the pause menu) - meaning I cannot get their ID when I ask for it, making interacting with them largely pointless.

I've done a completely fresh install of GTA and only installed the latest LSPDFR followed by the latest RAGE hook - that's it.

System specs:
Intel i7-4790K 4.0GHz
16.0GB 2400MHz DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Windows 10 64-Bit

Turns out I had to have phone alerts enabled in the game's notifications settings!
